eReportal Technology Architecture

The eReportal architecture has been developed on a component-based architecture that promotes a high level of reuse and flexibility.  A clear distinction between Request, Data, Presentation, and Delivery allows the product to quickly adapt to different situations and provides a strong basis for integration with external applications.  eReportal was developed using the industry standard Microsoft .NET server platform.  This platform provides a solid foundation for application security and scalability that integrates with your existing Windows-based security and infrastructure standards.

Integration

eReportal has been designed to seamlessly integrate with a wide range of applications and technologies.  Because of eReportal’s use of standard web protocols and exposed application API’s, the product can be highly integrated into existing software applications written in various technologies such as .NET, ASP, JSP/Java, and CGI.  Additionally, existing reporting components written in applications such as Crystal Reports can seamlessly be integrated into the overall application.
