eReportal's privileging capabilities allow you to
configure each user to the access level required.
In addition to being able to control access to the
menu, data, and presentation levels, eReportal also provides account-level
privileging throughout the application. Account level privileging can be
configured directly in eReportal or the application can retrieve account level
privileges from another system that you may currently maintain.

provides access to the key components that allow you to setup, configure, and maintain your overall environment. A few of the key components of the administrator
console:
Data builder - Design reusable data access components that allow you to reach across multiple data
sources and systems producing fast, flexible and powerful access to your firm's data. The data builder is a sophisticated data access engine that allows you
to access data from databases, web services, proprietary APIs, spreadsheets, and many other 'hard to reach' sources.
Scheduler- Configure eReportal to generate documents
and output on a scheduled basis and automate delivery to portal, ftp, and email.
Privileging - Control access levels for specific users to reports, presentations,
accounts and other features within the system.
Site layout - Configure the portal with your custom colors, layout standards and
overall look/feel.
Usage / Statistical Reporting - Provides valuable insight into the usage of the
application including user trends, system performance, and overall report production statistics.
